Is Custom Photo Bingo a physical product?

No. Custom Photo Bingo is a personalized digital download. No physical item will be shipped. Your printable files are prepared and delivered digitally within 24 hours.

Yes. The files are designed to be printable at home. You can also use a local or professional printing service if you prefer.

What paper size does Custom Photo Bingo use?

Custom Photo Bingo is prepared in US Letter format, including a two-cards-per-page layout designed for straightforward home printing.

Cancellations & refunds

Questions about an order

Can I cancel my Custom Photo Bingo order?

If you contact us before production begins, cancellation and a full refund may be available. Once production has begun, change-of-mind cancellation may no longer be available, subject to applicable law.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If GridNook makes an error, we'll correct the affected files at no additional cost. If the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, we'll provide an appropriate remedy. This does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

What if I made a mistake in my personalization?

Customer-supplied or approved information that is accurately reflected in the finished files is not automatically refundable. Contact us with your order number so we can review what happened.

What if I purchased the same product twice?

Duplicate purchases can be refunded after we verify them. Contact us with the relevant order numbers so we can review the purchase.
