Digital products

GridNook sells digital products, including ready-made printable downloads and personalized digital products such as Custom Photo Bingo. No physical product will be shipped unless a product listing specifically states otherwise.

Custom Photo Bingo cancellations

Custom Photo Bingo is a personalized digital product created from the photos and information you provide.

Before checkout, you will be asked to expressly agree that production of your personalized digital order may begin immediately after payment and to acknowledge the resulting effect on your right of withdrawal.

Once production has begun, cancellation or a change-of-mind refund may no longer be available.

This does not affect any rights you may have if there is a problem with your order or any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Please review your personalization carefully

Custom Photo Bingo allows you to preview your personalized game before checkout. Please review your photos, name, event details, package selection, and other personalization carefully before placing your order.

If the finished files accurately reflect the photos, information, and personalization you submitted and the preview shown before purchase, we may not be able to provide a refund for errors in information or photos supplied by you.

If you notice a problem, please contact us anyway. We will always try to find a reasonable solution where we can.

Ready-made digital downloads

Because ready-made printables are digital products, cancellation or change-of-mind refund rights may change once access to or supply of the digital content begins.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain any consent or acknowledgement required before beginning immediate supply of digital content.

Problems with your order

If we make a mistake or there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us so we can make it right.

This may include missing or corrupted files, incorrect personalization that does not match the information you provided, receiving the wrong package or number of Bingo cards, or another material problem with the product you purchased.

Where appropriate, we will correct or replace the affected files at no additional cost. If the problem cannot reasonably be corrected, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a full or partial refund.

If we cannot deliver your order

If we are unable to provide the product you purchased, we will provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required.

Custom Photo Bingo orders are normally delivered digitally within 24 hours of purchase.

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product or place the same order more than once, please contact us. Once we verify the duplicate purchase, we will refund the duplicate charge.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

Where applicable law requires a particular refund timeframe or method, we will follow those requirements.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits any cancellation, withdrawal, refund, replacement, repair, price-reduction, or other rights that you may have under applicable consumer law.
