Your photos and privacy
Your 24 photos fill the squares around the FREE center. We use them to create and review your personalized Bingo files.
Uploads are stored privately with Google Cloud. GridNook prepares your game; Shopify handles checkout and delivery notifications. Photos are not sent to AI services or used for marketing without permission.
New uploads are scheduled for deletion from active storage 30 days after delivery. Deletion may take time, and recovery copies can remain for seven days after deletion. Unfinished sessions expire after 14 days; their photos are removed during maintenance.
For deletion requests, email info@gridnookshop.com. Deletion before completion may prevent us from finishing your order. Read our Privacy Policy.
